New Favorite Thing = The Blame Game

Remember when you were in elementary school and all of your friends would be glued to your side bugging you and teasing you when your school crush was around. They would say goofy things in front of him/her just to make you feel queasy in your stomach and embarrassed on the face. Then finally when one of those crushes eventually shows back some interest and you two become a couple (because this is inevitable) you quickly and surprisingly disappear from your friends sights like a Pac-Man ghost that has just been eaten up by a very handsome yellow circle with one eye. No more hangouts, no more movie meetups you literally are never around anymore? Remember that? Well in this circumstance I am the ghost and Patrick (that's the cutey up there) is the Pac-Man....and I guess I'm the friend and you all are my group of friends which would also make you the other colored ghos--- I've confused myself. oh well, I've got a boyfriend now you guys! It's his fault I haven't been blogging... now everyone in unison yell at him a lot. :)

I'm back ya'll! Plague defeated and immune system thriving like the career of a young Arnold Schwarzenegger... post T1...pre T2. What I'm trying to say here is I'm not sick anymore! So I'm giving myself a welcome back present in the form of Ben Schwartz.

He's a talented, tall and frequently fro'd funny man that you will recognize from Parks & Rec and my new favorite half hour splurge House of Lies. He so purdy....

Movie Muse = Where The Wild Things...

"Happiness isn't always the best way to be happy."

Ok, who remembers the drama of sorts that occurred when this movie came out? Raise your hand... because I do! Basically what had happen' was pre release advertisements and an overwhelming amount of excitement from the blog/indie world caused a pit of failure to form in most peoples stomach when they went to finally see Where the Wild things Are in 09. I predicted this! Honestly I did. There's something about too much artificial hype in a movie that can really ruin it for most people. Everyone was making tents and craft and craziness! (Which I secretly loved.) But the movie's plot was very much undercover and it was pretty apparent that people were becoming aggressively excited over a movie that they knew nothing about plot wise. This is a rant...sorry, but it's only because I LOVED this film when I saw it back then and still to this day am on the verge of tears every time I watch it. Point being, don't get too involved with the hype yall! (pimp walks out of the room)
