Nerd Crush = Ben Schwartz

I'm back ya'll! Plague defeated and immune system thriving like the career of a young Arnold Schwarzenegger... post T1...pre T2. What I'm trying to say here is I'm not sick anymore! So I'm giving myself a welcome back present in the form of Ben Schwartz.

He's a talented, tall and frequently fro'd funny man that you will recognize from Parks & Rec and my new favorite half hour splurge House of Lies. He so purdy....

Bonus Jonas: Listen to Ben and Zooey Deschanel's cover of "Tonight You Belong To Me" from The Jerk. There isn't a Jonas brother in it because that would be weird. I just oddly still enjoy the term "bonus Jonas." Look, I don't know ...it rhymes. I like rhyme-y things. Regardless you'll enjoy this.

Rainbow Brights

Remember Lite-Brite? I used to love that thing... a world of color in your hand. I used to attempt what I thought would end up being a great masterpiece at least twice a day and once I remember trying to fill up each hole on the entire screen spot by spot, failing of course. They just don't supply enough of those pin light thingies to satisfy the artistic desires of girls like me. Oh well, there's always these rainbow wonders to enjoy and remember...

SDCC 2011 = More Cosplays (5/6)

Yup, here comes more cosplay action. Enjoy!

Before you say anything... yes the back legs moved. I know right!

SDCC 2011 = My Cosplay Day (4/6)

Cosplaying is the ultimate pride symbol of a convention. Not only is it done well, but it's appreciated by all. So on the last day in honor of the Doctor Who panel I broke out my T.A.R.D.I.S. apron that I made for a show filming a bit ago. For you non-whovians out there The T.A.R.D.I.S. is basically the time machine that The Doctor (the main character) travels around in, so little old me did an interpretation of it... in mini dress form of course!

Then I went on the hunt for some Doctor cosplayers to hug. The actor that plays the Doctor changes every couple of seasons. (kind of like Menudo) His outfits change along with them so he's extra fun to cosplay and there were many Doctors to choose from. I got 3 special ones. Cosplay & me on the left, actual Doctor on the right.
