Blinky, Pinky, Inky & Clyde

Do you think Mr. and Ms. Pac-Man were happily married? I've always wondered this, mainly because you rarely see them actually together. Yes the story of their love was depicted in the transition stages of the Ms. game, but nothing of Mr. Pac's so called "love" was mentioned in his game at all. Plus she went by Ms. not Mrs., which now that I think about it kind of means that they were already related before they bumped into each other while running away from ghosts. Were the Pac-Man's cousins who married after a meet cute during a family reunion where the ghost represented their fallen relatives?! I think yes.

Nerd Crush = Ben Schwartz

I'm back ya'll! Plague defeated and immune system thriving like the career of a young Arnold Schwarzenegger... post T1...pre T2. What I'm trying to say here is I'm not sick anymore! So I'm giving myself a welcome back present in the form of Ben Schwartz.

He's a talented, tall and frequently fro'd funny man that you will recognize from Parks & Rec and my new favorite half hour splurge House of Lies. He so purdy....

Bonus Jonas: Listen to Ben and Zooey Deschanel's cover of "Tonight You Belong To Me" from The Jerk. There isn't a Jonas brother in it because that would be weird. I just oddly still enjoy the term "bonus Jonas." Look, I don't know ...it rhymes. I like rhyme-y things. Regardless you'll enjoy this.

Finger Puppets

Tell a story and keep your fingers warm at the same time? Why I've never heard of anything so practical! Plus if you are strangely partial to having your fingertips visible... for maybe identification purposes or something, well you can always put them on your toes. Toe puppets! (coming soon to an etsy listing near you) Now go and absorb the cute-ness.

The Supremes

Have I ever told you guys that Baby Love is my favorite song of all time. Which is odd in retrospect because it's basically about a girl in love with a boy who's bad for her and broke her heart. Now what do divas do when a man breaks their heart? Well we go to the movies in our fur coats of course! (Goes to check movie listings...)

6 Ways To Wear It = Leggings

Oh January 2nd, such a day of reckoning! Today is the day of New Years attacks on pie and turkey and stuffing. (Mmm stuffing...) I don't know if it's because Tif and I brought in the New Year yesterday by watching Grease and Bridesmaids or because I too am feeling the post holiday chubs, but Mama's got some 2012 workouts planned and yes I will be adding "Let's Get Physical" to my treadmill playlist. Here's 6 Ways to wear leggings, so now none of us have an excuse to not look ab-fab strutting into that 24 Hour Fitness. Go Team!

New Favorite Thing = This Album

Fall in love with one song then fall in love with the whole album. Drew Danburry's An Introduction To Sex Rock is my new favorite thing.

Movie Muse = An Education

"Someone told me that in 50 years no one will speak Latin probably. Not even Latin people."

Developed from a screenplay by the genius of a man Nick Hornby (High Fidelity & About a Boy) An Education is a roller coaster of dramatic adventures had by a scholastically educated girl with a secret need for worldly adventure. Love is found, love is lost, parents are confused and yes you do get to see them romp around 60's style Paris. (sigh) Worth a watch, a buy and a fashion post. Not to mention a run over of the soundtrack as well, which is quite quite good.
